- We complete a comprehensive 19-point inspection after the installation to make sure the work has been completed to our high standards
- Provide a follow-up visit a year after the project is finished to check that the roof looks and functions as intended, at no cost.
- Our workmanship, guaranteed in writing for as long as you live in your home
- Our written promise to repair any inside damage, that may occur from a workmanship error, for as long as you live in your home – at no cost to you.
- A 100% transferrable workmanship warranty. If you sell your home during the first 10 years of our guarantee, the buyer also receives our workmanship guarantee for as long as they live in the home.
Our commitment to professionalism and dedication to quality craftsmanship, has earned us the credential of being a certified CertainTeed Shingle Master. This certification authorizes our company to offer additional CertainTeed SureStart Plus 3-star and 4-star warranty coverage. These additional warranty coverages include:
- Upgraded 130 mph wind warranty available and extended years of transferability
- Non-prorated payment for the following if required to repair or replace any defective CertainTeed roofing product:
- Materials cost
- Labor cost
- Roof tear-off expenses
- Disposal expenses (not included with 3-star coverage)
