Amazing service, great price! The crew was the hardest-working group of guys we've ever seen. They did the entire job (removing two layers of old shingles, repairing one spot of water damage, and installing all new roof on a 2700-ft house with a complex roof line) in one day. If I could offer 10 stars, I would! Advantage Roofing recently replaced the roof to my husband’s and my home. This included new decking, new shingles and new vents. Tim Mallory (owner) and the entire team at Advantage Roofing provided professional and knowledgeable service from beginning to end. Scott assessed our needs and gave us an estimate that was fair and competitive. Jonna kept us up to date with scheduling and Jeff informed us throughout the day regarding the installment process itself. When the big day arrived, the roofers arrived on time, were polite and respectful towards us and our property and demonstrated excellent workmanship skills. We loved our beautiful new roof immediately!! But we were disappointed and upset to learn that the venting system we had anticipated was not the one that was installed. Not only did Tim Mallory phone us immediately to address our concern and assure us that our 100% satisfaction was what mattered most, but he came over to explain everything that went into the decision making process regarding the roof vents. It turns out, our very, very old house is structured in a way that prevented the venting system we were hoping for to work. Advantage Roofing sales person Scott was personal person who explained in detail how the process worked. We did our research and believed the product they used on our roof was 1 of the better products on the market. I've always done my own roofs in the past, but I'm getting older and this was just more than I wanted to handle. Since I've done several roofs in the past I know when someone is on the up and up. I felt Advantage Roofing out of the 5 quotes was the best company to work with. Once the decision was made, they did what they said they would do. They showed up on time cared about the quality.They cleaned up and when they left you would not have never known we just had a roof installed. Advantage Roofing was not the cheapest but so far I am happy with the results.

We learned about Advantage Roofing from my wife's co-worker. I wanted to get several estimates for such a large investment. First time investing in a new roof. Advantage helped to guide me along the process with great communication throughout and patiently responding to my questions. I will do my best to detail everything I can think of. Hopefully it is of some help and generates business for their local roofing company. How it started: A recent windstorm hit in June 2025. Random roofers were regularly soliciting in our neighborhood after noting missing shingles. They would then always promise a free roof (NEVER believe random solicitors). Feazel stopped at least 3 times, all in violation of local soliciting ordinances. I knew this was going to be pricey. I reached out to Advantage about our missing shingles because they had done several minor repairs over the last decade. They inspected the roof. They never oversold or overpromised. If anything, Advantage's assessment was reasonably cautious. They said I had a good chance of getting partial claim covered (based on the damage and insurance provider we have). They also said the shingle was likely discontinued, and that it might get it fully covered, depending on the policy details. Other roofing estimates all but guaranteed us a free roof out of the gate. I stuck with Joel at Advantage, mostly because a) he didn't overpromise, b) he gave a great presentation of their product, and c) the estimate was comparable to others. Insurance Claim: Joel and Team handled all the insurance claim documentation and even showed up for the insurance inspection. They made the process as simple as possible. We were initially granted a partial claim for the damaged section, just as Joel predicted. Joel then pursued the discontinued shingle angle with our insurance, and we managed to get a second claim approved! Advantage matched the insurance estimate (~$30k for full replacement), and the process of replacement began. The product: The used Certainteed shingles and materials. Based on the research I did online, they are a premium quality manufacturer. Installation: It took ~16 hours for their crew to remove the old roof and install the new one, as it had ~13 roof planes on steep angles. The crew was friendly and respectful. Considering they filled an entire long dumpster with debris, they did a fantastic job with cleanup (don't expect perfection from any roof job cleanup folks, especially if you have a lot of landscaping). They even came out a separate time with magnets to double check our yard for nails. Inspection: They do send someone out for a post-install inspection. I still had some questions after the inspector visited, so they sent out a member of the crew (Manny) to address those concerns. Final Visit: Tim Mallory, the owner, even came out just to get me comfortable with everything, as there is just a lot of roof there (and I am not a roofing expert). He pointed out where the gutter aprons were, explained the situation with drip edges and our custom trim that was already present, and just did a fantastic job of getting me comfortable with the decisions made. Depreciation Recovery: Once everything was completed, Jonna (office manager) sent the required documentation to our insurance agent to get the remaining claim released for payment. One Year Inspection: Advantage will also come out in One Year, free of charge, to insure everything still looks good, which is a nice touch. Overall: I would not hesitate to use their services again. What impressed me most was how they seemed to go out of their way to address any questions/concerns that came up. My wife and I are already discussing replacing the gutters in the rear, as they are badly stained and installed at a greater slope than they should be. Advantage Roofing will definitely be #1 on my call list for future estimates. Unrelated: Safeco, our insurance provider, was both fair and responsive. I cannot recommend them enough!

From the RFP response to the punchlist, Joel, Tim, and the installers were on top of their game. The installers worked as a team to protect our surroundings during tear off and to provide new roofing materials. Communication from the office and the field personnel was on going throughout the project and change orders were verbally and visually submitted. In short, I recommend Advantage Roofing.

I had a wonderful experience with Advantage Roofing. After hiring another contractor that dropped the ball, Advantage picked it up! They stepped up and worked with my insurance company and got my claim covered. They let me know where we were in the process, and then let me know when I could expect the work to be complete. Came out right away to give us a quote. Price was good, and they said they would remove all old shingles from roof - the other quotes were only removing "damaged and detached" shingles. Work was done in one day, very professionally. They came out a couple of days later to inspect job with us. Advantage Roofing is a small business but they have BIG customer service!! Joel Mallory was the salesperson we met with. He was on time, friendly, and was VERY thorough with the options and explanation of the replacement of our roof. The team showed up the morning of the replacement on time and ready to go. They protected our landscaping, used barriers, and were very professional. Manny (the supervisor on our job, and Jeff (the quality control inspector) were in constant contact with us. They both texted progress reports with photos and drone footage. When the roof was complete they spent a lot of time thoroughly cleaning up the area. Advantage Roofing did a great job start to finish. They have the best warranty around and it stays with the house, not the family living under it. They came back a couple days later and inspected the roof and the job done again and rolled a magnet around the perimeter of the house to pick up stray nails. They’ll come back after the first year and inspect it again. And as a complete surprise they sent a lovely jar of chocolate chip cookies as a thank you. I filed an insurance claim for wind damage on my roof in early November of last year. I gathered several different quotes from different roofing companies and decided to go with Advantage because of their warranty and all of their great reviews. I could not be happier with my choice. When I called Advantage about an estimate, Joel came out right away and gave me a reasonable estimate for my roof. I then submitted it to my insurance and long story short, my insurance company put me through utter hell throughout the next four months. Joel worked his butt off trying to get me the roof replacement that the insurance had originally promised me. He spent countless hours on the phone with my insurance and even ended up lowering my estimate to compensate for the poor service from the insurance. Finally four months later in March, Advantage Roofing replaced my roof. After the project was complete, the owner, Tim, called me and worked with the insurance even further to get me the compensation that I deserved. My roof replacement was performed on March 15, 2023. The roof installation team was efficient and professional. Tim, the owner, was present early on the first day to address any questions we may have and oversee the set up. Every team member we interacted with, both in the office as well as on the job, was professional and responsive. When a minor mishap happened, they were immediately ready to take care of it. Tim was great to work with. No pressure and gave us plenty of time to ask questions (emails, texts, phone calls, whatever we needed) and get quotes from other companies. Once we chose to work with Tim's company, we were scheduled quickly, and the whole team was great. From the office staff (Jonna and others), to the on-sight manager (Manny, I believe), the inspector who came the day after (Jeff), and down to the individual roofers that were on the job, everyone was kind, considerate, and accommodating. Tim was also on site during parts of the day and gave us updates with detailed pictures as the work progressed (which was especially appreciated for some of the attic ventilation work that we wouldn't be able to directly see the results of otherwise). We had one minor logistical hiccup the morning of the install, but they were quick to get it worked out (even though it was partially our fault). Also, we had such a good experience with them and their work, that we're planning on having them do our gutters and some additional ventilation in the near future.

Complete tear-off and installation in one-day for multi-story house, attached, and detached garage. After installation (next day), quality control manager inspects roof to insure installation meets Advantage Roofing quality standards and completely resweeps your yard and driveway for any nails not recovered from installation crew. Again, I was very pleased!

I gathered multiple estimates on a new roof. When Joel came out, he showed me materials and explained the entire process to me. From there I worked with Jonna as well as communicated with Tim on timeframes and expectations. My new roof was completed in a day and the clean up by the workers following was impeccable. Jeff came out for the final inspection and I could not be more pleased with the end result. They set up a schedule that worked for me, and then they performed without a hiccup. Excellent service, materials and workmanship. I was in need of a new roof since my insurance company decided to be a bunch of jerks and tell me either get a new roof or lose coverage. Advantage Roofing was very understanding of my situation and gave me a price for a full roof replacement that I thought was fair. Edit: After one year our roof still looks as good as new. Very happy with Advantage. - - Advantage was quick and very professional. Answered all our questions in a timely manner, and the project came off without any issues. Install crew was efficient and professional, and cleaned up everything afterward. Roof was inspected again a couple of days later, to confirm install was correct. A second clean up occurred at that time. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Advantage Roofing Installed new gutters for me. I called them and said they won the bid on a Monday. They did the installation on Wednesday. So extremely quick. I wouldn't always expect this, but they estimated time frame was just over a week, so still fast. I was happy with the job and paid them. Then, after paying them, I found a downspout connection to the ground drain that I didn't like (I must have overlooked it the first time I reviewed the work). So the following Wednesday I contacted them. Now, since I had already paid them they could have said "it works, we've done our part, live with it". They would have been right, it did work, I just didn't like it. Instead Tim Mallory, the owner, came out the next day (Thursday), looked at it, understood my complaint, and on Friday had it fixed in a way I liked. This was absolutely awesome!! Tim Mallory and his Advantage Roofing team showed the highest integrity possible in making sure I, the customer, was completely happy. I 100% recommend Advantage Roofing. Our roof was damaged due to a lightining strike. Our insurance company (who will remain nameless) dropped the ball getting an adjuster out in a timely fashion, leaving our roof tarped for approximately a month. Once we were finally given the green light to proceed Advantage was able to squeeze us into the schedule within a couple of days. Our salesman Scott was very professional and knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and walked us through how the installation would go. I have to say that customer service seems to be a thing of the past, not with Advantage. From the start of our roof replacement project, Advantage was right choice for us. Joel the salesman explained everything that would be done in great detail from start to finish. The crew that did the work was quick and efficient. Finished our roof in less than 7 hours. Then the before the ladder comes down inspection followed. We did have other estimates and Advantage was not the lowest, but I feel the quality of the products and service was all worth it.

From the first inquiry I made until the final bits, Advantage Roofing was a 5 star experience! Not only were they very responsive and quick to come out and provide an estimate, they followed up afterward and covered the cost for a large scratch on one of our windows. Our roof is steep. Manny and his tram attacked it without a second thought. They were so quick and efficient! From Scott answering my questions via email or call, Jonna doing a great job with scheduling and quickly reimbursing the window repair while being so courteous, Tim coming out promptly to inspect the window scratch, and Jeff doing the final roof inspection post-installation as well as cleaning up any residual nails or leftover materials, I truly couldn’t be happier with the job they did. I’d rehire them in a second!

Advantage Roofing was extremely easy to work with. After obtaining 5 bids to replace our shingle roof and flat (rubber) roof, we selected them both for price and professionalism. They were not the cheapest, but their estimate gave me confidence there wouldn't be any surprises. The crew arrived on time and worked very efficiently. The flat roof required extra effort to strip the original rubber and asphalt roof, and to repair water damage to the plywood underneath. They completed the work in a day and a half. I was sent pictures of areas that required new plywood, saving me trips up a ladder. There was very little trash left in the yard - I found only a few pieces of underlayment and plastic. (It was windy that day). The next day, the project manager came out to inspect the work. He used a magnet to pick up any nails and inspected everything for other debris. We found very little. He noticed a few areas where the rubber roof needed trimming. It was done that day. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I have used Advantage roofing for smaller issues over the past ten years and have been happy with their work. Even so, I still got other estimates when it came time to replacing my roof. I decided to go with Advantage again because of their prompt responsiveness, professionalism, and fair pricing. They were upfront and honest so there would be no surprises. We clearly had details in writing and blueprints, explaining all the details of our needs. Always on time for every facet of the job. Our job was finished in record time and to perfection. Incredible follow up after the job was done also. That meant a lot to us. Price was also a plus factor. For the finished product we received, it was more than reasonable. We now have contracted with Advantage to install new siding and gutters. They earn their 5 star rating with top notch honesty, communication and quality workmanship. And Tim Mallory has an office staff that makes you feel respected. They give you the peace of mind that you will get what you paid for. And they are always available to answer questions!!

I wouldn't be able to think of one bad thing about my experience with this company and I am glad to know they are there if I need them again. I was told the crew would show up at 7am. They arrived at 6:50, at 7:00 they began putting up the ladders. By 9:30 they had the old roof completely removed and began replacing some rotted wood. They worked nonstop and continued until the new roof was completely finished and the property was cleaned up. I was very impressed that they had it all done in one day.

They were very professional, kind and knowledgable every step of the way! We had roof damage due to a wind storm and they worked quickly to get us on their busy schedule and get results for our insurance claim. Once the work was complete Tim (the owner) came out to meet with us personally and walk us through what was complete and to see if we were satisfied with the work WOW! Showed up on time (7am),Removed 2 layers of old shingles,made several minor roof repairs,installed 2 vents & a cricket deflector around the chimney,layed about 23 squares of new shingles, cleaned up and gone at 12:40 !

Advantage Roofing is very professional and customer focused. The job was a porch roof that was a flat roof requiring a special rubber sheeting to be put in place. They also did gutter and downspouts. The crew showed up, did their job without a bunch of noise, and cleaned up before they left. We did end up have a problem with some the the gutters and downspouts. When we called to let them know, the owner of the company came the very next day to inspect. It was fixed properly the very next day. He called to insure that everything was good. It was. Anyway, last week I received a package through the mail that was a mason jar filled with miniature cookies with a large thank you for your business label on it. I was very surprised by this thoughtfulness.

The entire process of having my roof and gutters replaced was an excellent experience for me. Tim was very professional during the introductory meeting and quoting process and made me feel very comfortable that they would do a great job. Jeff handled the actual roof replacement and answered all my questions throughout the day. The quality of the work was excellent and they were extremely neat and did a great job with clean up. Jonna was great to work with and kept me informed and up to date with the entire timeline and process. I also liked the fact that Jeff came back after the replacement was completed and checked the entire roof to make sure everything was done correctly. Although we are not having any work done, Advantage Roofing deserves a 5 star rating. Tim came out to our house today and inspected our roof. We know nothing has been done since we moved in and we have been told it was sometime before that the the roof was replaced. We totally expected to be told that we need a new roof immediately. Imagine our surprise when Tim said we could wait 3-4 years! It’s hard to find that level of honesty in business today. So, we are not getting a new roof from Advantage right now, but they will certainly get our business when the time comes.

I had such an amazing experience with Advantage Roofing. It all started with a phone call to the office and they are so helpful. Their sales person Scott came to the house and walked the entire roof. He informed me that the roof should be replaced but we could do repairs to hold off for now. I was impressed that there was no aggressive selling and wasn't told that my only option was to replace. I received the quote quickly and made the decision within 2 days to go with this company. Pricing was reasonable and I received detailed information about warranties, colors etc. Scott came out to my house again and dropped off samples so I could pick the color and when I was ready we had an install scheduled quickly. Talking to the office was a pleasant experience and everything was explained in great detail leaving no room for many questions. Probably the most amazing part was the install and that it only took the guys 5 hours and when they were done not only did it look nice but I couldn't even tell they were there. Had a leak and called the office. Staff was very concerned and scheduled Tim to come take a look. Tim called me back really quick and started diagnosing the issue over the phone. He showed up ASAP and repaired my leak (a worn seal on the vent pipe..not the roof itself). Tim told us to send them any invoice for damages the leak may have caused. Super great company. It’s tough deciding on which roof company to go with, there are a lot of factors to consider. The roof, being one of the most important things of your home, you definitely do not want to make a decision in haste or based on price and availability alone. My home is an average sized ranch with a very low pitch roof and multiple angles built in 1956. They tore off the original 26 year old roof and replaced all the boards that had rotted out, put the ice guard on, new ridge vents and all new upgraded shingles. I am so happy with my new roof! I choose the black dimensional style and it looks great on my grey-blue siding and black shutters home. Tim Mallory and his team really went over and above to help me to get the roof I really needed and fixed my chimney issue, as well as, make sure the gutters were attached correctly.
